You seem so patient, you get involved in cleaning up, you bought new pots and pans! And I’m so comfortable in my bed with the new bedding – I just had to acknowledge, thank you.
Living in this property has been a great experience. The other tenants are really quiet, and respectful and helped me adjust to the new place. The place was well maintained and was cleaned weekly.
What I liked most about living in your house was the excellent support from the landlords and the quick problem-resolution. Krasi was always there to assist, and I never had to worry about things like bills and other arrangements as it was all taken care of by my Landlord. The Landlord rectified issues related to the property promptly. A notable instance was when the dryer encountered a malfunction, promptly replaced by Krasi’s proactive response. Furthermore, the periodic testing of the fire alarm system further emphasized your unwavering commitment to the safety and well-being of all tenants.
During my time as a tenant, I always felt extremely safe in the property. The location in a secure neighbourhood played a significant role in this. Knowing that I was in a protected area gave me a great sense of peace and allowed me to fully enjoy and feel comfortable in my living space. I would choose to rent a room from you again because of the positive experience I had with the support and problem resolution, as well as the feeling of safety in your property.
You have been an amazing person. From the beginning, you were kind and helpful. As a tenant, I am very satisfied with the house and the services provided.
